Home Support Services
Our home support team is available to assist you with activities of daily living, including personal care, home cleaning, meal preparation, and more. Our team is available to serve you seven days a week.
An in-person intake assessment will be completed to determine the type of home support services best suited to the client's needs. Both Personal Support and Homemaking are available at subsidized rates if qualified upon completion of a financial means test to determine your eligibility
Services We Offer
Personal Care
Our Personal Support Workers & Home Support Workers will assist with personal care needs and activities of daily living. Care can be arranged based on the availability of workers. There is a set hourly fee for this service.

Duties performed by our Personal Support Workers & Home Support Workers:

Assistance with bathing (sponge, bed, tub, shower) & toileting

Personal hygiene

Dressing
-
Feeding
-
Mobility assistance (transferring, walking, etc.)

Medication reminders
-
Escort to medical appointments
-
Home management (including errands, (maximum of three stops), house cleaning and meal preparation)

Duties not performed by our Personal Support Workers & Home Support Workers:

Administration of medication
-
Purchasing of non-prescription drugs, alcohol or tobacco
-
Procedures normally performed by a regulated health care professional
-
Tasks beyond basic / essential home management tasks
Home Help
Our Home Support Workers will assist with light housekeeping and home help needs. Service can be arranged based on the availability of workers. There is a set hourly fee for this service.

Shopping & errands for a fee (maximum of three stops)

Heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of items

Seasonal cleaning (outdoor cleaning/organizing)

Purchasing of non-prescription drugs, alcohol or tobacco products

Pickling vegetables, freezing and preserving
Caregiver Respite
Caregiver Respite provides relief for family or friends from their caregiving role. To qualify for this service, you must be a full-time live-in caregiver. Care can be arranged based on the availability of our Personal Support Workers. There is a set hourly fee for this service. Limitations may apply.
