Social Programming

Staying connected to peers and the community through social programming and events is an important part of wellness!  

Our programs aim to bring people together to reduce social isolation and increase wellbeing.

Monthly Diner's Clubs foster togetherness and learning!  

Four locations throughout Lambton County: 

  • Sarnia

  • Petrolia

  • Corunna

  • Sombra

Peer Social & Wellness Club
A peer group where the members decide the activities!

Monthly activities are decided by the members!  You provide the ideas and we will make it happen!  Refreshments and healthy snacks provided by LEO.  Located in Alvinston.​

Forever Fit
Get active with certified instructors!

Classes are led by certified volunteer instructors and are designed to include non-impact exercise and discussions on healthy aging and exercise.  Locations in Wyoming and Alvinston.

Break the Ice-olation Campaign
Winter activities to break feelings of isolation! 

The winter can be long, cold, and lonely.  LEO wants to make sure no one is isolated!  Browse through some helpful resources to enhance your health and wellbeing.
